| Our new development of 54, 2 bedroom apartments, each capable of sleeping up to 4 people is ideally located for your stay in Letterkenny. Opened in January 2007, each apartment has been equipped to the highest standards, from a fully fitted kitchen/living area to spacious and comfortable bedrooms. Each apartment is fully equipped with everything you will need for your stay. Each apartment has been fitted with gas-fired central heating to control the heat and also the hot water. Utility bills are not included in the rates, which allows you the freedom to manage your own heating & electric costs. We have in the region of 160 car parking spaces available and the building has been fitted throughout with a state of the art C.C.T.V. security system. The following amenities are all located within a 10 minute walk of our apartments.
